In order to comply with the above Regulations applicable from 25/5/18 we have to inform you of the following (see ‘Summary’ below) and then request your consent to using your personal contact details. If you do not consent then we will remove all digital records from our PC, Laptop and other devices and destroy any paper records.
Summary
· Digital & paper records of your personal contact details will be transparent should you or an auditor require access.
· We will not pass your details to any other organisation without your specific written (paper or digital) agreement.
· We will use your personal contact details solely to manage your enquiries and bookings.
· At any time you may request removal from our database
· If you do not sign this we will then remove all details from our record systems.
If you sign below to consent then we will only use that information solely for managing the bookings and enquiries associated with our business and agree not to pass on such information to any third parties UNLESS we get specific recorded consent from you.
